Heroic currently runs on a few separate platforms with separate logins. Here's how to find the right one for your account.
Heroic hasn't fully unified its login system yet, so depending on when you signed up and what you purchased, your account may live on a different platform than you expect. Here's how to find the right door.
Your account lives on our legacy platform. Log in at legacy.heroic.us using the same email and password you've always used. If your password isn't working there, use the "Forgot Password" link on that page rather than resetting through heroic.us, since the two platforms don't share credentials.
Use heroic.us directly. This is a separate account system from the legacy platform, so credentials created before August 2025 won't carry over automatically.
Log in at app.philosophersnotes.com with your usual email and password.
Check spam and promotions first. Reset links expire quickly, so request a fresh one right before you plan to use it rather than saving an old email. If it's still not working, message us with your email and which platform you tried, and we'll sort out where your account actually lives.
This usually means you're logging in on the wrong platform for your account type. Check the sections above for the right one based on when you originally joined.
BriAI is currently available on the Heroic mobile app only, not desktop or browser. If you're seeing this on desktop, try the mobile app instead. If it's still happening there, message us and we'll take a look at your account.
PNTV is available to everyone on our YouTube playlist, no login required. If a link in an email won't open, try opening it in a browser rather than in-app.
Message us and let us know which platform you tried and when you originally signed up. That's usually all we need to point you to the right login.
