Your session workbooks live inside your Kajabi account, alongside each week's session. If you're looking for the standalone Masterclass workbook specifically, that one's available directly as a download.
HFA includes one year of Heroic OS membership, not Heroic Live. OS gets you the full Core Wisdom Library, Heroic Social, and Heroic Practice. Live is a separate membership tier with AI Coaching and the live coaching call library. If you were expecting Live and see OS instead, that's the correct entitlement for HFA.
This is expected if your HFA entitlement is OS-tier, since Live is a separate tier. If you believe your account should show Live access and it isn't unlocking, or your OS access itself isn't showing up, reach out to [email protected] and we'll take a look at your account.
The coaching included with HFA is your group coaching calendar access, plus a 1:1 call if you enrolled within 24 hours of attending the live masterclass. This is not the same as Heroic Live's ongoing coaching library, that's part of the separate Live membership.
This is different from the OS-vs-Live question above. If you paid for Live specifically and it isn't showing up, that's an access issue on our end, not expected behavior. Message us with your account email and we'll get it corrected.
HFA doesn't include a certification component. Certification is part of Heroic Coach and Workshop Instructor Training (HWIT). If that's what you're after, just let us know and we can point you the right way.
