What Are the Community Guidelines for Rock Your Goddess Life?

The Goddess Community is a shared, sacred space, and a few simple principles keep it that way for everyone. Here's what to know before you jump in.

How We Show Up for Each Other

Lead with Kindness, Respect & Curiosity

  • Our community brings together women from many backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and lived experiences. We invite you to meet one another with openness, compassion, and respect.

  • Assume positive intent, honour different perspectives, and help create a space where every woman feels welcome, heard, and valued.

Share with Intention & Make Space for Others

  • Share what feels meaningful and relevant, while keeping contributions concise when possible.

  • In live conversations, aim to share the heart of your experience rather than every detail, creating space for other women to be seen, heard, and supported too.

  • Remember: connection isn't about having all the answers. It's about listening, sharing, and growing together.

Creating a Safe & Supportive Space

Share Your Feelings, While Holding Space for Deeper Healing

  • You are welcome to share emotions, experiences, and what you're currently moving through.

  • To help keep our community supportive and emotionally safe for everyone, please avoid sharing detailed trauma narratives or deeply distressing experiences in group spaces.

  • If something deeper needs to be explored, we encourage you to seek a private 1:1 or therapeutic space where you can receive the care and support you deserve.

Trust the Guidance of the Facilitator

  • During live conversations, your guide may gently ask a follow-up question, redirect the conversation, or move things forward to honour the group's flow and energy.

  • This is never a judgement of you, your story, or what you've shared. It's simply part of creating a balanced, supportive space where everyone has the opportunity to participate.

Honour Your Own Needs & Seek Support When Needed

  • Sometimes meaningful conversations can bring up deeper emotions, memories, or experiences.

  • If you find yourself needing additional support, please reach out to a therapist, counsellor, or appropriately trained practitioner who can offer personalised care.

  • You don't have to navigate difficult moments alone. Asking for support is a strength.
