You've most likely received a receipt to your registered email address after purchasing Heroic or Heroic Coach (be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox). However, we can also provide you with an invoice if you subscribed via our website.

Please contact our Support Team directly via support@heroic.us in that case and if applicable, provide a business name and full address, as well as your VAT number.

Note: To avoid any delays please contact us from the email address you're using for your Optimize account.
