Check the Statement Descriptor
Heroic charges typically appear on statements as "HEROIC PBC," which can look unfamiliar if you signed up a while back or under a different product name.
Look for a Receipt
Search your email, including spam, for a receipt or subscription confirmation from Heroic around the charge date.

Email [email protected] with the charge amount, the date, and the last 4 digits of the card, and we'll look into it and confirm what it's for.
