With any new offering at Heroic everyone’s percentage of ownership will be diluted, but the exact percentage of dilution will be determined by how much we raise and at what the valuation is at that time (here is an article that gives an awesome overview).

That said, even though the percentage of ownership will decrease the dilution will ultimately be beneficial to you due to the higher valuation leading to higher potential ROI. Brian touched on dilution at around the 10:30 mark of this video.
