No! We encourage you to set targets of things you are already doing.

The Heroic App will ask you to create three or more targets in Energy, Work, and Love.

You can set targets for things you already do (or aim to do) consistently.

For example, each member of our team has set a work target to recommit to helping 51% of the world flourish by 2051. This is something we were already doing but is now something we can track in the app + celebrate each time we recommit.

So, don't feel you need to introduce 9 new targets into your life. Be sure first to add some targets for things you're already doing and celebrate when you continue to consistently do those things moving forward.

Also, a great idea (we highly encourage it!) is to think about the things you do when you show up as your Heroic best self. How does that look? What do you do?
That could be the beginning of a truly special protocol!
