How Do I Update or Delete My Billing Information?

For your Heroic Coach payments, specifically!

Adding Payment Method:

If you have a new card or payment method and you want to update the card you have on file for Heroic Coach payments, the easiest way to do so is by following these steps:

  1. Visit our website and ensure you are logged in to your account.

  2. Navigate to your account page by clicking here: www.heroic.us/account/.

  3. Once on your account page, you can update your Card Details and enter your new payment information.

And there you have it! You're all set to go!


Removing Payment Method:

Adding a new payment method gives you the ability to remove any secondary payment card currently on file. To completely delete or remove all payment information, including credit cards on file, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your account does not have an active subscription.

  2. Visit the billing portal at www.heroic.us/account.

  3. Click on the "Manage Your Subscription" button.

  4. In the "Payment Method" section, you'll find the option to remove any card.

Following these steps ensures that your payment information is updated and managed according to your preferences. If you are unable to remove the card, you may have an active subscription and can reach out for a manual removal of payment information.
