Quick note: This article is about refunds for subscriptions on the Heroic app. If you were looking for info on canceling or getting a refund for our Heroic Coach 300-day Program, check out this article!

If you purchased a subscription and decide Heroic isn’t for you, we understand! Please see the options below depending on where you created your subscription.

Subscriptions through the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store

If you created your subscription in the Apple App Store, you will need to contact Apple Support directly to request a refund. Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices. Members who subscribed through the App Store will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date. However, this is at their discretion. You are welcome to contact their Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/.

Purchases directly from Heroic.us

If you purchased a subscription directly from Heroic.us and it’s within 30 days of your subscription start date, please write to us at support@heroic.us and our Support Team will be happy to cancel your subscription and refund the purchase. This 30-day money back offer only applies to payments for first-time purchases, not renewals.

Please note, any gifted subscriptions are not eligible for a refund to anyone other than the purchaser. Also, any limited time offers or discounts applied at the time of purchase are forfeit and cannot be redeemed again if you choose to re-subscribe.
