Heroic App Verification Link Troubleshootin

We're so happy to help you with the final steps of getting access!

To successfully verify your account, please use the device that is associated with your Heroic account purchase. For example, If you've joined using an iOS device, please access your verification link via email on your iOS device (not via a computer or non-iOS device!) Note, Safari browser has been most helpful on iOS devices.

Similarly, if you've got a subscription to activate for your Android device, please access your verification link via email on your Android device. Note, Chrome browser has been most helpful on Android devices.

If you try to verify your email address for the Heroic App via a computer or device type not associated with your activation, you'll hit an error. This is because the verification link will only work when being accessed via the same device.

To successfully overcome this obstacle, simply try again, this time tapping on the verify link from within the same device.
