Please follow these steps to reserve your Heroic social handle:
Make sure you have the latest version of the app (1.12.10).
Click on this special link from your mobile device that has the Heroic app installed to reserve your handle.
If you've done the above and are still not able to reserve your handle, there are a couple things we can try:
Try using a different email app to click on the special link and/or try using a different mobile browser. We know Google Chrome and Safari work well, but certain browsers that have strict privacy features (like Brave) may not work.
If you run into a loop when seeing a screen that looks like the below, please try long pressing the "Open" button and then choose "Open in Heroic."
