To begin, we've got four levels of Soul Force (SF) that you can progress through while using the Heroic App:
Baseline: 70-79
Optimizing: 80-89
Eudaimonic: 90-98
Activated: 99-101
As you can see, your SF level falls within a range of 70-101. You can see where your current SF score and level are at by checking out your Soul Force Progress Bar on your Today screen, in the app.

How it works
You're going to start off every day with a number. That number is your Soul Force score for the day.
As you hit your Top Targets throughout the day, you'll see your progress indicator fill up. Hit all your Top Targets and you'll earn another point of Soul Force… making tomorrow's starting point one higher than it was today.
For example, if you've started the day at 80 and you hit all of your top targets, you'll get an improved Soul Force score for the following day. Consistently hit your targets and over time you can reach a maximum score of 101 Soul Force!
Didn't hit all your top targets on a particular day? No problem. You won't lose any points as long as you've checked in however, you will not have an improved score!
Pay Attention: If you miss more than one day in a row, you'll find yourself losing Soul Force points, quickly! Recommitting is part of the process, so make sure to get back on track if you miss a day!
Note: 70 is the absolute floor for Soul Force. Get started (or restart!) by returning to the app to start building up your SF score.
Note2: Once you hit 101, you'll see that you're back down to 100 the next day, even after hitting your top targets for the day. That's a feature, not a bug! Earn that 101 again and again! Let's go, Hero!!

Extra Goodness
If you tap into your Soul Force Progress Bar, you will be able to get additional data on your Heroic journey to 101 Soul Force! This will include your Leveling Progress, Monthly History, and Target Hit Consistency.
