Greetings!

In order to receive notifications from the Heroic App, you'll likely need to make sure that your phone settings are set up accordingly.

Consider the following instructions ahead.

​For iOS devices:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Choose the Heroic App.

4. Choose to allow notifications from the Heroic App by moving the cursor to the right. Feel free to exit the Settings menu. This completes the system-specific approach to receiving notifications from the Heroic App.

5. Next, open up the Heroic App and press on the Profile icon right above where it says "Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Hero". This leads you to Account & Settings from within the Heroic App.
6. Make sure that Notifications are toggled 'On' together with your Daily Commitment & Complete Protocol notifications. Feel free to exit the Settings menu. This completes the app-specific approach to receiving notifications from the Heroic App.

​For Android devices:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Apps & Notifications.

3. Select Notifications.

4. Toggle Sensitive notifications 'On' by moving the cursor to the right. Feel free to exit the Notifications menu. This completes the system-specific approach to receiving notifications from the Heroic App.
5. Still in Apps & Notifications, head on over to App Info.
6. Scroll down and select the Heroic App.
7. Select Notifications and make sure that both 'Show Notifications' & 'Miscellaneous' are each toggled 'On' by moving the cursor to the right. Feel free to exit the Settings menu.

8. Next, open up the Heroic App and press on the Profile icon right above where it says "Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Hero". This leads you to Account & Settings from within the Heroic App.
9. Make sure that Notifications are toggled 'On' together with your Daily Commitment & Complete Protocol notifications. Feel free to exit the Settings menu. This completes the app-specific approach to receiving notifications from the Heroic App.
