Your email address is the unique identifier for each account and cannot be edited. For this reason, we are not yet able to change your login email address. It is in the plans for the future but at this time our engineering team is currently focused on other app related projects and some exciting things coming in the app in the coming weeks and months (Stay tuned for that!)
We currently have two pathways:
We can change your email in our email management system so that you'll instead receive our emails at your preferred email account. Note: This won't change the email address used to login. If this sounds good, you can reach out to us and we'll make that change happen.
Alternatively, you may create a new account. Note: You would then need to re-create your account and manually transfer your data like your My Library "Saved" or "Favorite".
While there is no immediate timeline for the ability to change email. You may also reach out to be notified of any changes by reaching out to us at support@heroic.us and we'll submit your request.
